Customer Care – Kandy

Turning Customer Service Upside Down – other successful workshop was conducted by Epitom Consulting on 22nd November 2011 at Queens Hotel Kandy. The workshop dealt with numerous topics which were more important for the corporate sector. This was conducted by our young trainer, Mr. Shehan Kumar and it attracted the full attention of the audience.
